As if things are weird enough, now I feel worse about myself then I did in January.

THE GAME of HIDE AND SEEK

The rules are simple: a child (“it”) closes their eyes and counts to a predetermined number while the other players hide. When the counting is over, the “it” child calls “Ready or not, here I come!” and goes searching for the other kids. The player found first will be the next seeker and the player found last is the winner.

WHY THIS GAME FOR GROWNUPS?  

It takes something to “stay awake” about our life, to get “real”with ourselves.  Especially in those areas or thoughts we are not talking about, not sharing with others, tired of, telling ourselves they are “fine”… or worse … hiding out from ourselves.  That’s why community matters.  That’s why doing it together is more fun!

Conversation, exercises, prompts, sharing, coaching and specific action steps will be determined by the players as wanted and needed. Taking one step of action can cause a ripple of impact. The others in the group will think of them as capable and encourage the fulfillment of steps they have decided they wish to take.  The purpose of this game of WHY WAIT TRAINING is to find ourselves, to be found, to step out in one area and demystify any power over us and to claim our right to have any outcome we choose.  Progress along the way will be celebrated and acknowledged.

Life is like a marathon.
